House Blessings
The blessing of a house is a very old custom. This ceremony is often done a house warming party. Since I understand and appreciate the seriousness of the house blessing ceremony, I furnish all attendees with the information to understand the ceremony and follow along. My goal is to make this an experience that you will remember for a lifetime.

The main purpose of a house blessing is a celebration of the home and the person or family that makes that dwelling a home.

A house blessing may be celebrated at anytime but it is especially appropriate at a house warming gathering for a new dwelling. The service can be adapted to bless a new room addition or the completion of a remodeling project as well.

You may also want to have a house blessing when you leave a home, blessing it and thanking it for all it has provided for you and your family.  It is a great way to have a sense of completion or closure before moving on.

May my house be in harmony;

From my head, may it be happy;
To my feet, may it be happy;

Where I lie, may it be happy;
All above me, may it be happy;

All around me, may it be happy;
